A To understand the needs of JC Women, as well as the perceived assets and barriers for the women in our communities.

Q What do you plan to do with the findings?

Determine what level of advocacy, training & support is necessary to create awareness and promote women's issues
Advance the causes of women in Jersey City and promote women’s rights.
To advocate, , recognize to liaise with other women organizations, and assist in providing solutions for the women of Jersey City.
Assist women in Jersey City achieve success in the workplace and society through networking and advocacy
